  1. havent got that dvd burner yet so in the mean time befor i do i could use a dvd-rom drive so whats a cheap one thats decent.

    Got my liteon over at newegg.com for fairly cheap, after properly getting aspi to work (took long enough) I rip at up to 8x with it. Liteons are manufactured rather cheap, but unless you get one that breaks within a few weeks (rare but it happens) they are great drives.
