Videostudio 6 is driving me nuts!!!!

Help i`m trying to capture pal footage in videostudio 6 using the input on my geoforce encoding to mpeg2. i then edit out the ads drag the edited parts to the storyboard and output to a single file, i then use dvdworkshop to bulid the dvd. My problem is when i come to play it in my standalone dvd play the picture has a sort of after image and jerks slightly.
If anyone can tell what the problem is (i think its to do with the settings i`m using in videostudio) and what settings you usie i`d be very gratefull .

you can try reversing the field order. Anyway your not gonna get good results with vs6 encoding. It pretty much sucks at encoding. The rest of the program is good though.
