Shinco and Initial Model No DVD-9510 - Same Machine?

Are these two the same machine?

Initial Portable DVD Player DVD-9510 ($198, Wal*Mart)


Shinco DVD-9510 ($291, GamesTech)


They each look the same, but the Initial model costs less, and it's feature list does not include VCD. Can anyone help with this?

Uhm, does anyone know about this at all? Oh, DUH. Maybe I should have looked here first:

VCDHelp Compatibility Reports - Initial DVD-9510

I only just thought tonight to search for the model number alone, "DVD-9510". That brought up both Shinco and Initial versions of this portable player. Comments confirmed both are made by Shinco and that the Initial version can play VCD/SVCD/MP3. I will likely get this as a Christmas present for my Brother. Thanks a lot guys!
