  1. Hey I'm a newbie as a member, but have enjoyed this site for about 12 months! Here's my problem...I've downloaded about 500 DiVX movies over the last 6 months, and I'd like suggestions on how I can play them on my 27" TV. I'm a college kid w/ limited funds. Please give any ideas you can think of including model #'s, price, and quality. Thank you SO much!

If you aint got much dough....
You can get a DVD player that will play everything ...dvd vcd ...ect. Software to make VCDs is free here...But thats assuming you have a CD burner on your pc...If not then you need CD burner, and the DVD player......
OR You could just get a tv out card for your pc and conect it to the TV and go that way..

  4. I would probably get a tv out card if I was you if and only if your computer is need the tv. Also, if you are into games and need the fast card out there, I would suggest buying a cheap pci vidcard with tv-out so that you don't have to look for one every time. I do this for my dvd movies and they look great on my tv.
