When i capture a video or tv show using my Ati card, the show or video is darker when it is my computer or VCD then it was originally. Is there a way i can fix this problem?

All you need to do is frameserve from virtualdub. Load your video and in the "video" tab pick filters. Next choose the bightness/contrast one and adjust it to what you like, you are ready to frameserve to whatever encoder you like to use. Watch it though..........you may find that your video looks a little washed out on a TV if you plan on making VCD or SVCD for a standalone.
