iam a beginnner at this

iam looking for something which has a a/v input and output from my pc

cauz i wanna watch some movies on the tv ( dvd's , vcds, svcds)

and i wanna convert some vhs tape to digital video and do the samething with ma camcorder.

i have a sis 300 grphics card and running with 900mhz with 128 ram and running winxp right now

plze tell me all the tools i need
