  1. Hello, I would be EXTREMELY happy if somebody could help me....I have a 64MB Geforce 2 TV out graphics card and have just bought a SCART (to 3 phono & S-VHS) and a S-VHS Video lead to plug into my TV out, so I can watch my movies from my computer on my Sony TV.
This doesn't seem to work on any channels I put it on. I also tried putting the lead through my VHS but that doesn't work either. Does anyone know what to do. I'm not sure if this is topic related but people always seem to have an answer here.

  2. some shots in the dark.

Is your tv out on? Sometimes you have to go to control
panel and select display > settings > advanced and then
select the option for tv out. Make sure your cable is connected
to your tv prior to doing this as some cards switch off tv out immediately
if the cable is not connected to a TV that is turned on.

Also make sure you use the appropriate AV channel that
matches your video input. S-Video on a SONY TV should
be AV2 - check to make sure no other device at the rear
is sharing the AV channel (even if it is tuned off - unplug it)

  3. Thats amazing, thanks alot. I was just wondering if you know how to run both the monitor and computer or is that impossible?
I was just wondering which is best for me, I know I'm Pal (cos I'm in Britain) but do I leave it on Auto-select, composite Video-out or S video-out, because after I did it and went back to my monitor the settings were on the lowest screen resolution and my screen size was much smaller. Thankyou very much.

    Hi

Select "CLONE" in the "NVIEW" tab within advanced settings.
Or get "TV TOOL" a pay program which also enables you to have the TV and monitor showing at the same time.
If u use "NVIEW" change your monitor resolution to 800x600 cos the TV picture won't be straight if u don't.

    I have the same card.
