i have 1 dvd-r left to waste, and was thinking about backing up "ice age" region 2, because i like computer animation. anyway, i was wondering has anyone else backed it up to a single dvd-r with ifoedit? does it fit? and did you have any problems with it? its only about 77 minutes so should i be able to fit the commentaries as well?

  2. Question .. how do you have a copy to "back up" when it isn't even close to being released yet ? No warez talk here ..

  3. This must be a figment of my imagination then.

Not all regions are released on the same date. In fact we in the UK usually have to wait untill after it has been released in the USA. Not on this occasion though.

yeah, i noticed that "ice age" is'nt even out on region 1 yet. why? on the subject of release dates the austrailians have had the back to the future trilogy since september, while region 2 gets ice age first. great... "adventures of pluto nash" is probably being lined up as another region 2 first while we speak!

I also knew that movies got released at differnt dates in differnt regions .. but this is the first time I have heard of a release coming out elsewhere first At least when the producers are all US the US usually gets the release first.

    My apologies.
