  1. I can not find DVD Maestro anywhare on the net and it seems that this is an important piece to the DVD jigsaw,
I do have Adobe Premier 6 and was wondering if i could use this to author my DVD instead of DVD Maestro

  2. I don't think Premiere v6 supported DVD authoring. Premiere v6.5 includes Sonic DVDit! LE for authoring. DVDit! LE doesn't support Digital Dolby or Chapter Points. Here is a comparison between the different version of DVDit! (LE, SE, PE).

For simple authoring, you can try to get SpruceUp. For more advanced authoring, you should try to get DVD Maestro or Scenarist. I found Maestro to be more user friendly.

The biggest problem with the cheaper authoring software is the lack of Digital Dolby support.
