    Hello , i use now virtual dub to record to dvix...
    are there other softs that can record directly to DVIX ?
    maybe more user frienldy.....

    If you are doing a TV cap, try IuVCR. It has all the avi codecs I've installed listed in the "video compression" settings. DivX included......
    Just as a suggestion though........try the M$ mpeg4 codecs, there are three versions of it and I think it outperforms DivX on numerous levels.
