I've had this same problem. When I create a menu, Track 1/1 does not have a title. And if I try to look at it's properties it won't let me.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Edit here:

I just reinstalled Nero 5.5.8.0 and it works fine. So I am just going to stick with the older one

I'm using Nero 5.5.9.14 both in Win98 and WinXP in my (dual boot) system and it's just working fine. I burned several VCDs and
SVCDs with menu but never gave me a headache.

  6. I figured it out! :P When you enable menu you have to have txt in either the footer or header text. I put what I wanted where Nero had Created by Nero. Also only had one jpg so I put center/tiles and it worked. Nero did't close out and it put menu1 where before there wasn't anything.
