is there a way to fit 93min of video on a 80min cdr if I burn it as VCD? Also if I try to burn it and it becomes unsuccessful, will the cdr still be locked so that I can't use it again?

on a 80 minute disc you can put 800-816Mb, it doesnt matter how long the movie is just the MB , so how big is this 93min movie in MB's

With a Bitrate average of 950 probably will do it.
Loosing quility though. -
I've made low-bitrate XVCDs with around 90 minutes on a CD, quality was acceptable but not outstanding. The source material wasn't that great, so I didn't mind. Keep in mind that if you do it that way it's nonstandard so some standalone players won't like it.

ShadowRider:
Average Bitrate: 920 (950 if audio is 192)
Maximum Bitrate: 2500 (Raise or lower if you want to)
Minimum Bitrate: 300
Audio Bitrate: 224 (Or 192 if Average Bitrate is 950
