Seems when I use TMPGEnc on 16:9 widescreen movies the bars on top/bottom don't seem thick enough and it appears the actual movie stretches. So everyone's heads seem stretched
Any way to fix it? I used 16:9 NTSC and then 16:9 and both are the same......

when you hit settings Under video tab select 4:3 then Under Advanced tab choose source aspect ration as 16:9 525 line (ntsc)
Try that you should be able to tell if it worked by watching the preview of the encoding
