  1. When changing from AVI to SVCD it convert ok. Burn it to disk to check it and the video is ok untill you get to the end of the disk. Then the picture start getting block on it. It has happend to me a few time but omly ever does it at the end the disk please help.

    Okay, for the time being, when you encode with TMPGEnc, Select Setting. Go to the Quantize Matrix tab. Select Soften Block Noise. Does that help?

    I find the best solution to block noise is to use 2-passVBR mode. If it's blocky at 2000 bit CBR,it won't be at 2000 averge,3500 maximum.

  6. Am still having probs with this dam thing! Have noticed that it is very jumpy as well. It seem to change every time i encode it, never at the same place. It gets too the point were you cant see any of the movie coz of all the diffrent coulor block and the sound goes shit too![/img][/url]
