I have riped my dvd 10 times with different settings.
There is a part in the movie where it is all black at the top half.
But when OsEX rips it, it becomes blocky and gray/black pixels appear.
Is there a way to get a H/Q dvd rip?

I've never had anything like that happen with OSEx. Are you using the latest version (ends in ***a1)? Rippers don't do any conversion/re-encoding they just extract files so there is no quality loss. Have you tried other DVDs? Is it just one particular DVD? Do the movies play fine in your DVD drive? What settings are you using in OSEx? I always use the default.
