    If I cap a 60minute 480x480 Uncompressed AVI file .. the framerate is only 29.95fps while i'm guessing the audio is going at the 29.97fps rate? How would I be able to fix this? Thanks for readinng.

    Load the video into Virtual Dub. Select File-->File information. Then decide if the audio is indeed 29.97 fps.
