  1. I am trying to convert an AVI file to MPG, but TMPGEnc freezes up every time I try to convert the file to MPG. When I let Nero encode it when I burn to VCD it flips the image upside down. Can anyone help?

    tomycat34,
I'd be willing to offer some help, but you really need to post something more on your computer details other than just the OS. To be perfectly honest Windows ME isn't exactly the most stable OS to be doing much of anything with. It's got one hell of a memory leak that the folks at Microsoft never got around to addressing and might be a contributing factor in why TMPGEnc is freezing up before completing the conversion. As for Nero flipping the video there have been several other posts in the forum on this exact issue. If the original video was inverted I would have suggested frame-serving it thru VirtualDub applying the invert filter and then feed to TMPGEnc, but in your case it's not an option. I have no idea what your level of experise is in this area, but one of the things you might want to look at is the minumum system requirements for TMPGEnc and see if your system measures up.
    Warning! I'm baaaaaaaaack
