i have been having a problem with all vcd's i burn , they have a pink or blueish color that flickers in and out , i have been using tmpeg to convert avi to ntsc , when i try avi to vcd it tell me no codec or something about a stream ?
is there any way to adjust the color in tmpeg , what should i do

Is your .avi file an original AVI file that you've created from your (ie. dv cam, capture card) or a DIVX file? these problems may occuer most likely when its a DiVX since you mentioned something bout a codec since divx uses codecs... Try helping me out by posting the error message, later

I had the same prob, found this answer from forum user IncOg in another thread:
"Could be that you need the SMR codec installed.....u can find it here http://www.divx-digest.com/software/smrcodec.html"
This smr codec it works for me, no more pink spots!
