DVD ripped using Smartripper, saved as project using DVD2AVI, loaded into TMPGEnc, encoded to MPEG1 xVCD. Result is progressive audio de-sync. If I only encode a small clip starting at frame 161000 in TMPGEnc, it is out of sync right from the very start, as if the whole video and audio streams are out of sync. Is this just a TMPGEnc problem?
