To improve the quality, someone suggested I up the Max bitrate.
Is there a calculator out there for max/min & avg bitrate for greater than SVCD standards???
I encoded 41mins of SW:Ep1 and got 570Mb for the video stream using 1180/2550 & 2100 bitrates, but the quality isnt what I'd hoped. And that leaves me with over 100Mb to improve it, but what to increase max bitrate to, to get the benefit?
I used NTSC CVD btw.
