    Hi I have some avi files that I would like to blow up and improve the picture quality can any one tell me how to do this? Someone told me I could change it to mpeg2 and that would do it is this so? please help!

    As written a few times before.. you will NEVER gain quality with a ReEncode. Especially not if you blow it up in a bigger format. Forget about it.
