I'm thinking of buying a DVD Player for my computer. Is one brand of DVD Player better than the others in terms of being able to rip more, or rip better than other brands?

I was looking at getting a Lite-on brand DVD Player.

  9. I have 3 different brands in my computers and the Pioneers do the best job for me. Whatever brand you choose, you can get new ones at eBay pretty reasonable. Stay away from refurbs and system pulls.

I think I'll go with the Lite On. The place I'm buying it from sells it OEM so I don't think I'll get PowerDVD with it. It would be nice to get a legitimate copy of that with it but oh well I'll survive.
