Hey all:
I want to convert VHS to DVD(+R/+RW). I capture in DV-AVI (740 x 480)using Windows Movie Maker, then use TMPGEnc Plus to convert the AVI file into a (352 x 240) MPEG-2 file. Should I be able to burn the MPEG-2 onto a DVD and watch it in my DVD player? Thank you.

Maybe, 352x240 mpeg2 is within the dvd standard but you may have used other settings in tmpgenc. It is best to use dvd templates in tmpgenc to be sure that it is within the dvdstandard.
But you could try burn it anway, first author it and then burn it.
