No video or audio in TMPGencoder.

I've come across this several times now and I'm not sure what to do... I grab a video clip from the net, and drag it into the TMPGencoder wizard file window. Usually it automatically finds both the video and the audio portions of it. Sometimes though, it will find only the audio part and no video, or the video part but no audio. The thing is, I can play the video clip fine on the computer with both audio and video. Its just when I move it into TMPGencoder it seems to not find one of them. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to raise the priority of the directshow reader ?
