  1. I found some DVDR Video Media on sale at Best Buy for a great price. Can someone tell me if you can use these for Video and Data? Or are they just for Video? Is there actually a difference between normal DVDR and these? Thanks in advance!

  2. To be honest, you are being waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to vague about the media you are talking about. You have not posted a link to this media nor have you told us anything about it. If you want us to comment on it you need to provide more details.

DVD media you buy in most stores is ok for data & video as video is a type of data, just like CDs (except the expensive "Audio CD-Rs you need for standalone burners, never a big hit).
Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin'

  4. Burner27,

I did post a link. Try looking at the bottom of my post and clicking on "Link" which is in red letters. I went ahead and added "link" twice to my post for you so you can see it beter.

    Dre,

The media you selected is of the DVD+R standard, you need to ensure that your burner is of the + catagory or they will not work. If your DVD burner will support these disks, then the answer is yes

  6. Morphius,

I'm using a HP DVD200i which is a DVD+R/RW drive so the media will work. Thanks for the information.
