    I am trying to rip an DVD anime to VCD, I used FlaskMPEG tried before. Because it's easy to use and support subtitle, but quality came out very bad. I can rip the DVD anime came out with good quality, but no subtitle after. Can anyone help me? I wanna rip good quality VCD and with subtitle also.

    get DVDx2.0.
    It's somewhere on this site.
    I had same need recently and DVDx turns out to be a great tool.

    But isn't DVDx has to been rip from DVD-ROm??

    I just tried DVDx2.0, it gave me error message whenever I load the .ifo file, then error whenever I rip the anime after 1 min

    you can frameserve from Flaskmpeg to TMPGEnc using Avisyth. Check the guide. http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdtovcdflask.htm

    If you already used this guide and quality is BAD, then you might have to try another mpeg1 plugin such as panasonic.
