DVD Player Squeeze on the Side

Here my Problems , i'm quite good as converting Avi to VCD
but as for SVCD , i am Unable to do one , each time i do
it like showing on my DVD-340 Pioneer Player on half side of the TV screen , it only doing that when i try to do a SVCD , VCD work fine
or if i get my a already done bin file(SVCD MOVIE) and burn it , it working fine is there a way to fix that
i use tmpgenc 2.58 to workit
that what i have try yet
svcd 480 x 480 not working
svcd 352 x 480 not working
svcd 480 x 576 not working bit better but not full screen
svcd 480 x 704 not working
i ve try changing my dvd player setting to letter box or pan scan video setting still not working

what are you using to burn with? I've only seen that problem with SVCD's when the header is saved as an mpg1 stream. Did you do a merge and cut afterwards and forget to set the stream type to mpeg-2? (something i've done on a few occasions on accident).
