I got my Toshiba and was really excited about finally being able to make my own VCDs and such, but after i tried my first few VCDs, NTSC-converted by TMPGEnc, burned with Nero 5.5; I realized that the dvd player was displaying the VCDs incorrectly. The tv shows the picture but "Expands" the image cutting off about an inch on all sides. I've tried it with numerous TVs thinking that could be the problem, but to no avail. I recently went over to a friend's house and tried my VCD on his DVD-Player and it worked perfectly. Any help would be appreciated.
Thankz,
Patrick
