I'm in america, i'm thinking of ordering an "all region dvd", but it's in PAL format, not NTSC. I want to know if i can play it. PLEASE HELP ME>!

Your DVD player can most probably play a PAL DVD with absolutely no problem. However, your TV cannot, so you are stuck with watching your DVD on your computer (which doesn't care what format you use).

But be careful with your PC DVD drive - many PC DVD players can only switch regions for 25 times before they lock into one region. That is unless it is modified some way depending on the model.

but it's an all region dvd, so i shouldn't have to worry about switching the region should I?
