menu based vcd's & svcds..pl guide

hai guys
i need to know how to do this as VCD's otherwise i prefer svcd for its quality.( i liked johan vcd builder a lot but currently he informs his application could not do menu..very helpful guy he is)

see i have a ( photoshop ) menu which has 4 buttons..FILM 1 FILM 2 FILM 3 & PLAY ALL..
i would like the film 1 to play when the user click it withmouse or with remote & all film
in the order of 1-2-3 should play when they select PLAY ALL..can you pl guide me
pr is there any way to select the film so that that alone will play with PLAY OPTION which should play all sequence..
note: in pc these are really easy.but in mac..oh gosh !!!!
