    8) Hi all.
    I have a xvcd film and can't get it to play on PC.Have tried all my players(media player vurtual dub power dvd 4 Divx player alpha 2)They say I need CODEC to play vid so which one do I need and where can I find it.Thanks for any help.

    What do you mean by XVCD film?
    A CD?
    An XVCD MPEG .DAT file?
    An XVCD MPEG .mpg file?

    If it's a CD, most s/w DVD players will work.
    If it's a .DAT, it ought to be converted to MPEG with VCDGear
    If it's a .MPG, it ought to play in WMP/WinAmp/whatever, or there's something wrong with the MPEG.
