After submuxing when I tried to split with TMPGEnc's mpeg tool it is not including the subtitle in the splitted file. Only video and audio streams are taken care of. Could someone tell me is there any other tool that does the splitting taking care of everything (including subtitle)?

Yes, i don't lke SubMux... I suggest you use another technique to add subs...
When i add subs, i use this technique

But, you'll gonna need the AVI file and reconvert to MP(E)G...Wanne earn something a couple of dollars?
