I´ve read the TMPG guide but I still don´t understand what interlace means. I´m converting a avi file to vcd. The source is in 25fps. Should use non-interlace or interlace?
I also wonder if you guys have any clue about wich encoder (avi to vcd,svcd) is the best?

U better use NON-INTERLACE
(i like the word progressive in that)
I suggest you use the TMPGEnc, if you ask me, it the best there is... and its freeWanne earn something a couple of dollars?
