    The easiest way to do it would probably be to use VFAPI converter on the d2v to make a psuedo avi file, which vdub will open just like it were an avi file.

    You can also use avisynth. It requires a little more work to set it up properly and create the script, but it gives you some more options.

  3. Your asking in the wrong forum for DivX

    But yes, you can make a Divx with DVD2AVI

    just chose Save AVi and chose teh DivX codec and settings you would like
