Here's the basics:
- Hauppauge wintv fm radio card
- btwincap drivers
- capped with vdub at 352x480/16k, 16 bit, stereo with picvideo compression. It dropped .33% of the frames. Something like 950 out of 306000.
- converted with tmpg (basic VCD template/wizard) (didn't demux the audio, etc)
Here's the trouble:
I capped Goodfellas (VHS tape) and viewed the first 15 minutes. The audio doesn't seem to get progressively worse but during diologue intensive scenes (like Joe Pesci's famous "funny how?" scene), his mouth doesn't quite line up with the words. Kind of like old karate movies.
Any ideas?
