Howdy,
I am thinking of buying a JVC XV-SA600 and was wondering what the free RCA and component cables were like. I just spent $30 for Acoustic Research component cables for my Panasonic RV31 DVD player 2 weeks ago. Was wondering if I should hang onto them or use the JVC supplied cables, if I buy the XV-SA600.
I was also wondering if recent JVC DVD players included surround sound rca cables. My SC-AK78 Panasonic audio rack system isn't very elaborate but it does have surround sound speakers and allows for 5.1 six audio channel playback. My rack system is about 10 feet from my DVD player. I need to know if the included JVC surround sound cables would be long enough to reach my stereo system.
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!
Milan

Cables that are supplied with DVD players are usually not very good quality - especially Sony ones (no surprises there) I would keep the Acoustic Research component cables.
