    save your money bud get a capture card and do it yourself be cheaper in the long run plus you learn new skills that will be usefull in the future

    there are lots of tutorials and information here , its not that hard to pick up

    he may not have the time to deal with this stuff. it's very time consuming!!!
    have you loooked into the businesses on the web? they will do vcd and dvd.... i mean if you're willing to pay, you might as well pay a company that has liability.
