Embeding software players on a vcd/svcd??

Hi,

I a newbie here but a long time reader.
My question is, how do you embed a software when creating a vcd so that it automatically starts when you put the vcd in your computer.
I remember having some sony software player on a vcd and when I put the vcd in my computer, this is the default player that starts up.
Where can I get some software like this to put on my vcd and how do I do it.
Can this also be done with a svcd.
