    Hi
    I tried to convert a ntsc vcd to pal vcd.
    The 45 sec. file seemed to be working and was not out of synchronization, but the picture quality got bader. I just loaded the source into tmpeg, selected the new fps and started encoding.
    Is there a way to do the same without to loose the picture quality?

    Unfortunately, any time you re-encode, your going to lose picture quality. Just make sure your using the best quality settings in TMPGenc to minimize the quality loss.

    and what is the best quality? I simply loaded a template for pal vcd's.
