Question about Ulead DVD Picture Show

I have been using this program with good results, but I have a couple questions.

#1 I am creating VCD 2.0 projects. What resolution am I getting with this program?

#2 Has anyone figured out a work around on the 99 picture limit for an individual slideshow. I know you can put multiple slideshows on the same disc using menus, each with 99 images. But has anyone figured out how to get more than that on a single slideshow?

#3 Has anybody figured out how to add .avi files, I have some animated files that I would like to add, but it doesn't seem to support them.

#1: 720x480 (or maybe 702x480)

#2: You can't.

#3: You can't, it's a slide show of STILL images.

There are other programs that do this type of thing, but they often convert your stills into an actual movie, which drops the resolution down to standard VCD specs (320x240 for NTSC).
