i collect many music video vcds, i want to put all my favorite songs on one vcd, how do i do so?
including, that the files of these music video songs are ending in .dat form..
every1 is saying, convert the files to .mpg or .avi
so i tried that but the program i used doesnt do that..
do i even have to convert them?..
please let me know.
and what software should i use, right now i'm using nero 5(demo, and TMPGEnc. i have virtualdub but that only converts .avi and it says it doesnt handle .mpg files.
please help.

Virtualdub handles mpg1 file (=VCD)
So this should work http://www.vcdhelp.com/virtualdubaudio.htm
You maybe need to convert the .dat to mpg with vcdgear first http://www.vcdhelp.com/convertdat.htm
