    Can anyone please help a newbie on how I convert divx to mpeg with "subtitles". When I usually convert I use TMPGenc 2.57. but if you have any other suggestion I will listen! Bare in mind that I´m a newbie so please write or recommend a easy-to-understand-guide.

    I have an *.srt file and followed the instructions but when I started frameserve nothing happens, in each column it´s just 0 and I went away for 10 minutes and still everything was just 0, what did I do wrong, any suggestions?

    I would suggest using the AVISynth methods. Personally I find it to be much faster.

    You can also try textsub filter. It came with Vobsub.
