Hello...
I have made a VCD at a 1400 bitrate using TMPGENC, non-standard CQVBR, 352240, 44100/160 audio. My standalone plays it back, but as it gets near the end of the VCD, around the 45 mintue mark, it starts to lock and get 'bubbly'..meaning large blocks and the picture stops...
Is this an indication of a bitrate that is too LOW or too HIGH for my standalone...
and for TMPGENC, if you use 2-pass VBR, does it calculate anything higher that recommended-highest 2500 for vcd bitrate even if you put in something like 3000 max bitrate if your standalone can handle it?
