Subtitle position prob

Never mind peeps.
I found the solution minutes after posting

I followed the subtitle guide for vcd here.
But cant't seem to position the sub like it shows on the sample pic.On the sample pic you see the subtitle on the black bar area.But can't seem to get it there.No matter what i do it stays in the area of the movie.

Hope someone got the remedy for this

haven't read the "how to" on this web page but you'll need to add your black lines to the video before adding the subtitling
