Hi everyone! I downloaded a movie that will play on windows media. But when I try to burn it, it tells me this. (No combination of filters could be found to render the stream) What are they talking about? When I look at properties it has this (Audio format- MPEG Layer-3,55 kBit/s, 22,050 Hz, Stereo) & on Video format it has this-480 x 260, 88530 Frames, 24.006 Frames/Sec, 40 KB/Sec, Unknown Format) What do I have to do to burn this movie as a VCD? Thanks in advance for the info.

I believe you movie is in avi (Divx) format file which cannot burn directly in order to play in dvd player. You need to convert to mpeg1 first and then burn to VCD. Here conversion guide
