For some reason the version of Nero I have will only let me write at 8x or higher. Is there a version of Nero that excepts bin/cue files that writes at 4x or lower? Thanks Will

Are you sure the CD's you are using are rated lower than 8x? I have seen some that have minimum write speeds of 8x.

A lot of the current high-speed burners won't write any CD-R at less than 8x.

I'm using Fireburner writing at any speed I want. I'd recommend using this program I'm deleting Nero. Thanks

The problem is with nero. I have nero 5.5.9.9 and stienberg vob instant cd/dvd 6.5. When I use nero slowest speed is X8 but if I use instant cd/dvd I can get down to X1( yes that is speed of one )
