    Is the plugin for making mpeg-2 svcd worth getting. does it work. This is my first time trying to make a svcd. Or would it be better to use the free encoders.

    It sure is better if you use any encoder softwares but nero. If this is your first time, I'd suggest TMPGenc free version or Plus if you can find crack file.
