    Here is the problem. With TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 I try to cut a movie so I can fit is on a CD-r. In MPEG Tools I go to Merge & Cut, I choose the type MPEG 1 Video CD, I open the file and set the range from 0:00.00 to 1:00.07. When I run it only cuts 164.76 sec. What is the problem? What am I missing.

    Any help.

    I am confused here. You tell it to cut 60.07 seconds
    0:00.00 to 1:00.07
    , and it only cuts
    164.76
    seconds?

    I set the time in at 00:00:00.00 and I set the time out to 01:00:06.97 thats 60 minutes and 6.97 sec. What I get is 1 minute and 48 seconds of video.

    Well, TMPGEnc does have problems editing. I suggest you download a demo version of Ulead Video Studio to edit your video in MPEG.
