My dvd player supports all formats but can only play movies that have an average bitrate that is lower than 1900. What is the best format to convert to? I have tmpgenc plus so any format is possible. I'm looking for the best picture and sound quality and i dont care about the size of the files or number of cds.

By the way I have a JVC XV-S65GD and the max bitrate is 2400 and the max average is 1800
