I've never had a problem with Windows Media Tools/Encoder when trying to change my video clips into ASF files. But now I'm having a small problem and I'm gonna guess there is nothing I can do about it. ...but i won't give up till i know for a fact.
I get no sound! Out of the blue after I change it into an ASF file I don't get any sound.....HOWEVER, sometimes if go to watch the clip, it starts off with no sound, but if you fast forward all of the sudden there is sound. Can I fix that?
Also, I made these video clips a long time ago for my website, and changed them into ASF, now that I know how to add a logo to the clip, I've used Virtual Dub to change the ASF to AVI, and then I use Windows Media Encoder to change it back to an ASF. I lose all quality, it is almost unwatchable. Is there a way to have it go back to the quality it was when it was originally turned into an ASF? Or is there a program to add a logo to an ASF file?
Rerecording all these video clips is really not an option. I mean I can do it. But it would take way too long.
